The Brief: Create an annual report for Craft Victoria.

The Concept: The report is titled ‘Future Traditions’, inspired by Craft Victoria’s ability to bring traditional crafts and art techniques into a modern context. Modern craft is about taking historical techniques and transforming them to suit contemporary contexts and ideas. The report features original photography of a variety of craft textures including fabric, sewing materials, weaving, paper, glass and pottery. The use of geometric motifs throughout brings a sense of order and clarity to the busy and colourful photographs, much like how craft brings structure and form to its original materials.

The Outcome: 28-page A4 publication.
